Nitto Full Gasket Kit - Nissan SR20DET - Silvia / 180SX / 200SX (S13 / S14 / S15)
Nitto's SR20 full gasket kit gives you everything for an SR20DET rebuild in one box: the engine gasket set plus a DBS Drag Series metal head gasket. It suits S13 Silvia, 180SX, S14 and S15 200SX engines built for street, drift or racing.
Choose the head gasket thickness: 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm or 1.8 mm. A thicker gasket lowers compression and increases piston-to-head clearance. The head gasket suits 86.0 to 87.0 mm bores.
Nitto DBS Drag Series gaskets are multi-layer steel. Along with a bead seal around each bore, they add a stainless metal "O-ring" that seals the gasket layers from combustion pressure, and Nitto's pressure-film testing showed it gives the highest bore sealing pressure of the gaskets tested. An HR-200 coating seals the water and oil passages between head and block. The engine gasket set is made up of premium OEM-quality components.
Note: Installation by a professional is recommended. Engine internals must be measured and set up by a qualified engine builder.
