MST Performance Cold Air Intake - BMW M340i (G20 / G21) / M240i (G42)

The MST Performance cold air intake replaces the factory airbox on the B58 3.0L turbo in the BMW M340i (G20 sedan and G21 Touring) and M240i (G42). A 4" intake pipe and a large 4" high-flow cone filter feed cooler air straight to the turbocharger, so the engine responds faster and makes a louder, sportier turbo induction sound. MST rates it at up to +20 hp and +20 Nm.

The inlet pipe and heat shield are black powder-coated, and the heat shield with its cover keeps hot engine-bay air away from the filter. The dry cone filter is easy to service: clean it every 20,000 km and replace it at 60,000 km.

Note: Not compatible with 2025-on M340i models with the updated B58 Gen3 engine, because BMW redesigned the intake pipe before the turbo (the M240i G42 is not affected). If you are unsure which engine your car has, send us a photo of your engine bay before ordering. Installation by a professional is recommended.
