HKS Differential Oil Cooler Kit – Nissan GT-R R35

The HKS Differential Oil Cooler Kit is designed to control differential oil temperatures on the Nissan GT-R R35 during high-load driving. On track, the R35’s differential oil temperature rises quickly, which can reduce lubricant performance and affect LSD operation. This kit stabilises oil temperature and reduces heat-related degradation.

Product Overview

This kit uses a dedicated oil cooler core, an HKS electric oil pump, and a CFRP air duct to direct airflow efficiently. The core is mounted inside the rear undertray where it can receive clean airflow without affecting the vehicle’s exterior appearance or exhaust routing.

Cooling Performance

In-house HKS testing at Fuji Speedway showed the following reductions:

• Differential oil temperature: approx. −37°C
• DCT oil temperature: approx. −5°C
• Coolant temperature: approx. −3°C

Results may vary depending on vehicle setup and driving conditions.
