GFB Mach 2 Plumb Back to Atmosphere Vent Conversion Kit - Suits T9120

GFB is well known for building blow off valves that are as reliable as they are loud, and this conversion kit lets you get the most aggressive sound out of your Mach 2 valve. If you're after that classic atmosphere hiss instead of the quieter recirculating hum, this kit gives you everything needed to make the switch properly.

This listing covers the atmosphere conversion kit for the GFB Mach 2 (T9120) blow off valve. It includes the trumpet, firmer spring, and hose plug required to convert the valve from recirculating to atmosphere venting.

Note: the firmer spring is only required if the piston hovers open at idle with the standard spring's preload maxed out. If the piston stays fully closed at idle with the existing spring, there's no need to fit the firmer one included in this kit.

Kit Contents

• Trumpet (replaces the hose outlet for a louder, more open sound)
• Firmer spring, part number 6115
• 20mm hose plug to block off the recirculation outlet

Important Installation Notes

• Standard Mach 2 spring (part number 6116) suits recirculating venting or idle vacuum of 18 in Hg or less
• Firmer spring should only be fitted if the piston hovers open at idle to prevent stalling or backfiring
• Trumpet is optional for function but increases the venting sound
