Alcon CR6420 Front Caliper – GT & Touring Car

The Alcon CR6420 is a high-performance front brake caliper engineered for GT and Touring Car racing. Precision-machined from billet aerospace-grade aluminium, it delivers high strength, low weight, and consistent performance under the demands of professional motorsport.

Equipped with differential stainless steel pistons (27.0mm / 31.8mm / 38.1mm), the CR6420 is designed to reduce pad taper and optimise braking balance. It also features 2kg anti-knock back springs, hard stainless steel wear plates, and a bolted pad retainer to improve caliper rigidity and ease of servicing.

Compatible with rotors from 355–390mm in diameter and 34–36mm thick, the CR6420 uses the Alcon 4489 pad shape, available in two pad depths for different rotor annulus sizes.
