WAGNER TUNING builds its Competition Intercooler range around genuine CFD-optimised core design, and this kit brings that engineering to the BMW 520-540d. It's a direct replacement for the factory intercooler, built to shift more heat out of the charge air without any cutting, splicing or permanent modification to your car.

This listing covers the BMW 520-540d built on the G30 and G31 chassis, and also fits the BMW 620-640d on the G32 Gran Turismo platform. The kit is a 1:1 exchange using the original mounting points, so the factory charge air hoses can still be used.
