Siruda Stopper Metal Head Gasket - Honda Civic (EK / ES) - D15B / D17A

The Siruda stopper metal head gasket is a multi-layer steel (MLS) head gasket for the D15B and D17A Honda Civic (EK and ES). It is made for rebuilt and modified engines where the head seal has to hold more cylinder pressure than a factory gasket.

It has a 76 mm bore and is 1.3 mm thick at the combustion seal (Siruda's figure; body thickness is in the specifications).

Siruda's stopper design adds a stopper layer sandwiched between the steel layers around each bore. It keeps the combustion seal stable under engine vibration, and the compact seal suits engines with little room around the combustion chamber.

Note: Sold individually. Installation by a professional is recommended. Engine internals must be measured and set up by a qualified engine builder.
