RSE Outlet Component - Toyota GR Yaris Gen 2 (GXPA16) - Catless 80.5mm Manual

For race use only. This is a catless part for off-road and competition vehicles. It removes the catalytic converters and is not legal on a road-registered vehicle in Australia.

The RSE Outlet Component replaces the factory turbo outlet pipe and front pipe on the Gen 2 Toyota GR Yaris (GXPA16, G16E-GTS, built from April 2024 in Japan). It is made from SUS304 stainless rather than titanium because it sits straight off the turbo, where the heat is highest. It bolts to the factory turbo, a bell-mouth entry smooths the flow off the turbine, and the main pipe grows from the factory 70.0mm to 80.5mm. It weighs 6.9kg against 7.3kg for the factory parts. It is for manual (6-speed) cars only; RSE does not make it for the 8-speed automatic.

Both factory catalytic converters (the first and second cats) are removed, giving a straight-through pipe. It pairs with the RSE Full Titanium Muffler (Type-R or Type-D) for a complete RSE system, or with the factory muffler. Its rear joint is the factory size (70.0mm) so factory-shape parts still fit; add the RSE Titanium Link Adapter with an RSE muffler to open that joint up to 80.5mm.

Which RSE parts work together

• Muffler only: RSE muffler on the factory (or factory-shape) front pipe. No adapter is used.
• Muffler + outlet component: bolts straight together, but the joint stays at the factory-size 70.0mm so it still suits factory-shape parts.
• Outlet component + factory muffler: fits the factory muffler or an aftermarket one with the factory joint position and flange (check other brands first). No adapter is used.
• Outlet component + link adapter + muffler: the RSE recommended setup, 80.5mm all the way from the turbo to the muffler.

• Type-R single: 90dB / 100dB / 109dB (Sound Reducer Ver.2 / Sound Reducer / none)
• Type-D dual: 91dB / 98dB / 103dB

Note: A catless exhaust normally needs the ECU recalibrated, so talk to your tuner before fitting. This part is for the Gen 2 GR Yaris only; the Gen 1 car has a different flange. Installation by a professional is recommended.
