This Radium Engineering Fluid Lock catch can kit (SKU 20-1106-FL) sits inline in the crankcase ventilation (CCV) hose that runs from the valve cover to the turbo inlet pipe on the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X. Under load, that hose would otherwise carry oil vapour, unspent fuel and sludge into the intake, coating the turbo, intercooler and throttle body.

Radium Crankcase Catch Can INSTALL (EVO X)

The can traps these contaminants before they reach the intake, helping maintain intercooler efficiency and performance. It mounts behind the left-hand headlight and suits all Evolution X models with either the metal or plastic valve cover.

Note: This is a closed-loop system that does not vent to atmosphere, and the pressure-sealed can is safe for boosted engines. Check the level with the dipstick after 3–4 weeks of driving to set an emptying interval. Installation by a professional is recommended.
