Radium Engineering Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit (PCV) - GM LS2 / LS3 / LS7

The Radium Engineering Fluid Lock PCV catch can kit (SKU 20-0785-FL) suits Gen IV GM LS2, LS3 and LS7 engines, as found in the C6 Chevrolet Corvette. It runs inline between the PCV circuit and the intake manifold, catching oil vapour, sludge and moisture that would otherwise build up in the intake manifold and throttle body.

The can mounts to the front right-hand side of the cylinder head on an anodised aluminium bracket, with no drilling. Radium's patented Fluid Lock mechanism stops the reservoir overfilling and traps collected fluid until it is emptied, and the system is closed so fumes cannot enter the cabin. Because Gen IV engines use a restrictive 2.5mm fixed PCV orifice, Radium includes a replacement baffled oil cap to draw more blow-by from the crankcase.

Note: Check clearance around the mounting area before ordering – some setups with extra belt-driven accessories, such as aftermarket superchargers, may not be compatible. For Gen III LS1/LS6 engines use Radium 20-0260-FL instead. Installation by a professional is recommended.
