Process West Billet Intake Manifold - Subaru WRX / STI / Forester XT / Liberty GT (EJ20/EJ25)

The Process West Billet Intake Manifold replaces the factory manifold on EJ20 and EJ25 Subarus with a CNC-machined billet aluminium design. Generous bell-mouth runner entries and thick-wall polished mandrel-bent tubes, joined with high-end TIG welding, give a manifold rated to 100 psi of boost. The street plenum volume and runner length favour strong low and mid-range torque, and still suit the factory air conditioning. Process West's testing on a stock engine, turbo and fuel system showed gains of about 9% in both power and torque.

Choose a raw or black finish, a stock or reverse throttle orientation, and a cable, drive-by-wire or Bosch 74mm drive-by-wire throttle flange. Match the orientation and throttle type to your engine and intake layout.

Note: Please confirm the throttle orientation and throttle type for your car with our team before ordering. Shorter billet TGVs are available for more top-end power. Installation by a professional is recommended.
