Construction
Rotor Rings
Paragon’s proprietary CM-250 high-carbon cast iron delivers excellent thermal stability and braking bite. Each rotor is stress-relieved and machined with CBN tooling to ensure flatness, pad alignment, and consistent braking under load.
Aluminium Hats
The rotor hats are CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium and MIL-A-8625 Type III hard anodised for resistance to heat and corrosion. Unnecessary material is removed to reduce weight without compromising structural strength.
Finish Options
- Clear Hard Anodised: Won’t discolour under track heat – ideal for motorsport use
- Black Dyed Hardcoat: May discolour above 260°C – best for street/mixed use
