Cast from Paragon’s CM-250 high-carbon alloy and heat-treated to prevent internal stress. CBN precision machining ensures a perfectly flat surface, reducing vibration and ensuring ideal pad contact and wear characteristics.

Aluminium Hats

Rotor hats are CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium and MIL-A-8625 Type III hard anodised for corrosion and heat protection. Excess material is removed in non-critical areas to reduce weight without compromising strength.

Finish Options

• Clear Hard Anodised: Will not discolour under high heat – ideal for track use
• Black Dyed Hardcoat: May discolour above 260°C – ideal for street or mixed use
