Nitto V2 I-Beam Connecting Rods - Nissan SR20DET - Silvia / 180SX / 200SX (S13 / S14 / S15)

The V2 is Nitto's flagship steel connecting rod, here sized for the SR20DET in the S13 Silvia and 180SX and the S14 and S15 200SX. It suits the most serious SR20 drag, drift and time attack builds.

Like the SR20 I-beam, the V2 uses the wider SR20 GTi-R big-end bearing (ACL Race Series 4B2976H in standard size).

Compared with Nitto's regular I-beam, the V2 has a revised beam pocket that adds material where it counts, profiled beam sides and pin end, CHE pin bushes, and steps up to 7/16" ARP 2000 rod bolts. It is machined from double-melted 4340 forged billet as a one-piece forging.

Note: Installation by a professional is recommended. Engine internals must be measured and set up by a qualified engine builder.

• X-ray and sonic grade tested, quenched, heat treated and shot peened (38 HRC)
• Doweled cap for accurate cap alignment
• Revised I-beam pocket with extra material in key areas and profiled beam sides and pin end

• ARP 2000 rod bolts, with ARP Custom Age 625+ available as an upgrade
• Balanced to within ±1 g per set; big and small end bores sized to ±0.0001" on Sunnen honing equipment
• Uses the wider SR20 GTi-R big-end bearing

Nitto parts are built for racing and off-road use. Inspect every part during assembly and blueprinting, and contact us before fitting if anything measures outside tolerance.
