Nitto I-Beam Connecting Rods - Nissan SR20DET - Silvia / 180SX / 200SX (S13 / S14 / S15)

Nitto's SR20 I-beam rods are for SR20DET builds that go past a mid-level setup, from high-boost street cars to drift and time attack engines. They suit the S13 Silvia and 180SX and the S14 and S15 200SX.

These rods use the wider SR20 GTi-R big-end bearing (ACL Race Series 4B2976H in standard size), not the regular SR20DET bearing.

Nitto I-beams are machined from double-melted 4340 forged billet as a one-piece forging, and have a long record of handling heavy punishment. They use 3/8" ARP 2000 rod bolts and silicon bronze pin bushes.

Note: Installation by a professional is recommended. Engine internals must be measured and set up by a qualified engine builder.

• Double-melted 4340 billet steel, one-piece forging
• X-ray and sonic grade tested, quenched, heat treated and shot peened (38 HRC)
• Doweled cap for accurate cap alignment
• Silicon bronze pin end bushes
• ARP 2000 rod bolts, with ARP Custom Age 625+ available as an upgrade
• Balanced to within ±1 g per set; big and small end bores sized to ±0.0001" on Sunnen honing equipment
• Uses the wider SR20 GTi-R big-end bearing

Warranty

Nitto parts are built for racing and off-road use. Inspect every part during assembly and blueprinting, and contact us before fitting if anything measures outside tolerance.
