Nitto Forged Pistons - Mitsubishi 4B11T - Lancer Evolution X (CZ4A) / Lancer Ralliart (CJ)

These Nitto forged pistons are a stronger replacement for the factory pistons in the 4B11T, the 2.0L turbo engine in the Lancer Evolution X and Lancer Ralliart. They keep the standard stroke and suit boosted street, circuit and drag builds.

Choose a bore of 86.5 mm (+0.020") or 87.0 mm (+0.040") to suit your block machining. Both use a 0.905" pin and a dished crown, -5 cc on the 86.5 mm piston and -6 cc on the 87.0 mm piston.

Nitto sets the specification and CP Carrillo in California forges and machines each piston from low-silicon 2618 aluminium using its Turbo HD forging. Every set includes a PVD-coated ring set that seals the bore well under boost while reducing friction against the cylinder wall, along with CP's 9310 wrist pins, which are hardness tested, case hardened and cryogenically treated. Forced double pin oiling, anti-detonation grooves and accumulator grooves are standard.

Note: Installation by a professional is recommended. Engine internals must be measured and set up by a qualified engine builder.

Nitto parts are made for racing and off-road use. Inspect every part during assembly and blueprinting, and contact us before fitting if anything measures out of tolerance.
