Nitto Forged De-Stroke Pistons - Ford Barra 4.0 - Falcon (BA / BF / FG / FG X) / Territory (SX / SY / SZ)

A set of six forged pistons for building the Barra six as a 3.8 litre de-stroke, which trades a little capacity for the ability to rev harder. They suit Falcon, XR6 Turbo, FPV F6 and Territory engines being built for drag or circuit racing, and are made with CP's Turbo HD forging.

Pick the bore to suit your block: 92.5 mm (+0.010") or 92.75 mm (+0.020"). Both have a 3.5 cc dish and are designed for the 94 mm de-stroke crank and 158 mm V2 rods.

Nitto pistons are produced by CP Carrillo in California to Nitto's own specification. They are machined from CP's low-silicon 2618 aluminium alloy using the Turbo HD forging, and each set comes with a PVD ring set and CP's 9310 steel wrist pins, which are case hardened, cryogenically treated and Rockwell tested.

Note: Installation by a professional is recommended. Engine internals must be measured and set up by a qualified engine builder.

Warranty

Nitto parts are built for racing and off-road use. Inspect every part during assembly and blueprinting, and contact us before fitting if anything measures outside tolerance.
