A 4340 billet crankshaft for the Subaru EJ20 and EJ25 boxer, as used in the Impreza WRX and STI, WRX STI, Forester GT/XT and Liberty GT. It is built for street, drag and circuit engines that need a stronger bottom end or more capacity.

Choose by engine and stroke. EJ20 2.2L: 79 mm stroke, turning an EJ20 into a 2.2 litre stroker. EJ25 2.5L: 79 mm, the standard EJ25 stroke. EJ25 2.6L: 81 mm stroke. EJ25 2.7L: 83 mm stroke. Match pistons to the stroke you choose.

Nitto machines its cranks from billet round bar rather than a forging. The stiffer billet resists flex under load, so the crank revs smoothly with far less harmonic vibration than a factory part. A test piece of the same steel travels through quenching, heat treatment and nitriding with every batch, and is then cut up and analysed to confirm each process met Nitto's standard.

Note: Installation by a professional is recommended. Engine internals must be measured and set up by a qualified engine builder.
