The GSC Power-Division Conical Valve Spring Kit with Ti Retainer for the Porsche 991/992 Turbo 3.8 includes (24) titanium retainers, (24) Superfinished Conical light weight Springs, and (24) Chromolly Spring seats.

A major advantage of conical springs vs. traditional cylindrical or beehive springs is the damping and removal of valvetrain harmonics. Of the three designs, conical springs are the front runners in valvetrain harmonic stability. Utilizing a varying coil diameter as well as coil spacing, a conical spring acts as a natural harmonic damper in the transfer of valvetrain shock.
