Frenkit Brake Caliper Guide Pin Kit - Subaru BRZ (ZC6/ZD8) / Toyota 86 (ZN6) / Subaru Forester (SG/SH/SJ) Liberty (BL/BP/BM) Impreza (GD/GG) - Front
This Frenkit kit renews the guide pins on one front sliding caliper. It suits the Subaru BRZ (ZC6 and ZD8, non-Brembo), Toyota 86 GT and GTS, Forester SG 2.5, SH 2.5 and 2.5 Turbo, SJ 2.0 XT, Liberty BL/BP 2.0 Turbo RS and BM 2.5i, and the Impreza GD/GG (2000-2007, non-STI). It also suits the Nissan Patrol Y61 (GU), 180SX (S13) and 200SX (S14/S15) with the 2-pot front caliper.
Worn or corroded guide pins let the caliper stick, causing uneven pad wear and brake drag. New pins, bolts and boots restore a smooth slide.
Note: This kit services one caliper; order two kits for a pair. Suits non-Brembo sliding calipers only. Installation by a professional is recommended.
