AWE Track Edition Exhaust – Volkswagen Golf GTI (Mk8)

The AWE Track Edition is a cat-back exhaust for the Mk8 Golf GTI and AWE's loudest option for the car. It replaces the factory system from the downpipe back with CNC mandrel-bent 76mm (3") and 64mm (2.5") T304L stainless steel in a straight-through layout. It keeps the bespoke mid-pipe resonator but has no 180 Technology drone-cancelling resonator, so you get a deep, rowdy note inside and out at all speeds. AWE reports strong low and mid-range torque gains with the factory downpipe and software.

Product overview – AWE exhausts for the VW Mk8 GTI

Choose chrome silver or diamond black tips. Both are double-walled, carry the AWE logo and are the same size; the only difference is the finish. Each is a 127mm (5") slash-cut tip.

Note: Designed for the Mk8 Golf GTI with the factory downpipe. A slip-fit inlet adapter fits the factory downpipe and leaves an open 76mm (3") connection. Track Edition is loud and may be too much for some drivers. AWE sells a Track-to-Touring conversion kit if you want to quieten it later. Installation by a professional is recommended.
