AWE Touring-to-Track Conversion Kit – Honda Civic Type R (FL5)

The AWE Touring-to-Track Conversion Kit turns an AWE Touring Edition exhaust on the Honda Civic Type R (FL5) into the Track Edition. It replaces the Touring Edition's rear 180 Technology resonator with a straight Track Edition section. The front pipe and resonated mid pipe stay, but the car becomes noticeably louder in the cabin during mid-range acceleration, deceleration and cruising – AWE warns it may be too much for some, especially with a downpipe. The Track Edition is also lighter: AWE quotes 16.6 kg (36.5 lb) for the complete Track system against 20.9 kg (46 lb) for Touring.

Note: This kit requires the AWE Touring Edition exhaust for the FL5 already fitted; it does not fit the factory exhaust. It reuses the tips from your Touring Edition system. Installation by a professional is recommended.
