AWE SwitchPath Cat-Back Exhaust – BMW M3 / M4 (G80 / G82)

The AWE SwitchPath Exhaust is a valved dual 76mm (3") cat-back for the S58-powered BMW G80 M3 and G82 M4, and AWE's first BMW SwitchPath system with its patented 180 Technology to cancel drone. It starts after the factory mid pipe with a precision X-pipe that takes the rasp out of the S58, then a valved SwitchPath muffler sets the volume. Valves closed (comfort modes), it has a refined but full-bodied note and cabin noise close to stock at cruise. Valves open in Sport and Sport+, it is loud and aggressive, with burbles in Sport+. AWE measured gains of up to 2 kW (3 hp) and 7 Nm (5 lb-ft) at the wheels.

Both versions are the same SwitchPath system with four 114mm (4.5") double-walled slash-cut tips. Choose Chrome Silver for a polished finish or Diamond Black for a dark finish.

Note: Keeps the factory valve control, so no extra remote is needed. Inlet adapters join it to the factory mid section (not needed with AWE's own mid pipes). Fits factory and M Performance rear valances. AWE does not guarantee fitment on convertible models because of extra factory bracing. Installation by a professional is recommended.
