AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust with Quad Tips - Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 (T1XX)

The AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust with Quad Tips is a dual 76mm (3") stainless system for the 6.2L V8 Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 (T1XX). It replaces the factory exhaust from just behind the catalytic converters. An H-pipe tuned for the 6.2L gives a deep, rich V8 tone with little rasp, then AWE's patented 180 Technology resonators cancel the frequencies that cause drone on the highway. It finishes with four 102mm (4") double-walled slash-cut tips, a pair each side, exiting under the rear bumper on ball-and-socket joints so they can be lined up exactly. Every pipe is CNC mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel with a 1.65mm (0.065") wall.

Choose chrome silver or diamond black tips. Each tip carries the AWE logo, and the finish is the only difference between the two part numbers. For more clearance off-road, the AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust with Dual BashGuard is the same system with tucked-up, reinforced BashGuard outlets instead of tips.

Note: Suits the Silverado 1500 ZR2 with the 6.2L V8. It does not fit AEV Bison or AEV Edition trucks because of their larger factory skid plates, and this quad-tip version does not include BashGuard outlets. Fitting means cutting the factory pipes behind the catalytic converters at AWE's measured points. On trucks with the factory electronic exhaust valve (2024-on models), the supplied valve simulator plugs into the valve harness. AWE develops this system on US-market left-hand-drive trucks, so confirm fitment on Australian right-hand-drive conversions before ordering. Installation by a professional is recommended.
