Alcon Billet CAR23 R5 Rear Caliper – Track Use Only

The Alcon Billet R5 is a purpose-built rear brake caliper designed exclusively for track and motorsport applications. Precision-machined from a solid billet monobloc design, this 4-piston caliper delivers exceptional stiffness, low weight, and high thermal stability under extreme conditions.

It features aluminium pistons with stainless steel vented inserts to reduce heat transfer and maintain consistent braking performance during long stints. The internal fluid transfer design keeps the setup clean and protected from damage, while the lightweight construction minimises unsprung mass for sharper handling and responsiveness.

Compatible with 300–355mm rotors and 29–33mm rotor thickness, the R5 uses Alcon's 4423 pad shape, 16mm thick, with a pad area of 64.5cm².
