aFe Takeda Stage-2 Cold Air Intake - Hyundai i30 N / i30 Fastback N (PDe) - 2.0L Turbo

The aFe Takeda Stage-2 is an open-element cold air intake for the Hyundai i30 N hatch and i30 Fastback N with the 2.0L turbo four. A one-piece XLPE housing with a built-in scoop takes air from behind the front grille, shields the filter from engine heat and gives a more aggressive intake sound.

A 360-degree radial filter with a 4in flange feeds an oversized, import-styled XLPE tube, joined with reinforced silicone couplings and stainless clamps. aFe rates the system at up to 35% more airflow than stock, and aFe's dyno testing on the Veloster N, which shares the engine, shows up to +8.2 kW (+11 hp) and +14 Nm with Pro 5R (+6.7 kW (+9 hp) / +11 Nm with Pro DRY S). aFe quotes about 20 minutes to fit.

Options: Pro DRY S (56-10035D) or Pro 5R (56-10035R) filter. Pro DRY S is a dry, oil-free three-layer synthetic media that washes with soap and water. Pro 5R is aFe's oiled media, five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze, and usually gives the most airflow.

Note: Suits the i30 N hatch and i30 Fastback N 2.0L turbo. Installation by a professional is recommended.
