The aFe Black Series is a full carbon fibre cold air intake for the WK2 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and its 6.4L HEMI V8. Both the one-piece sealed housing and the intake tube are made from lightweight, clear-coated twill-weave carbon fibre, and aFe says the system is 40% lighter than the factory intake. It uses the factory mounting points and draws through both factory air inlets.

A large 8.5-inch tall radial-flow filter with an inverted top sits in the housing on aFe's filter-to-housing interface. aFe rates the system at 615 CFM, 45% more than the factory intake, and aFe's dyno testing shows up to +26 kW (+35 hp) and +42 Nm with the Pro 5R filter.

Options: Pro DRY S uses dry, oil-free three-layer synthetic media that you wash and refit without oiling. Pro 5R uses oiled five-layer cotton gauze media for the most airflow and usually the biggest gains. aFe's published gains are for the Pro 5R version.

Note: Suits the WK2 Grand Cherokee SRT with the 6.4L HEMI V8. Installation by a professional is recommended.
