The AEM CD-5FL Carbon Flat Panel Logging Display brings race-ready digital data to compact spaces, with all the functionality of the original CD-5 Carbon dash in a slim, buttonless, flush-mount format. Designed for tight-tolerance in-dash installs, this flat panel version features the same ultra-bright full-colour screen, powerful CAN integration, and internal data logging capabilities—perfect for serious tuners and competitive racers.

The CD-5FL features a vibrant 5” full-colour display with 800x480 resolution, anti-glare coating, and 1000cd/m² brightness, making it highly visible in direct sunlight. Its rugged, flow-moulded carbon fibre composite housing is IP66-rated for water resistance, allowing use in open-cockpit or exposed environments. Page layouts, alarms, and data channels are fully customisable via AEM’s DashDesign software.

  • Supports OBDII (2008+) with optional adapter (PN 30-2217)

  • Compatible with carbureted/pre-OBDII setups using AEM CAN Sensor Modules (PN 30-2212 or 30-2226)

  • Add EGT channels with 8-Channel K-Type CAN Module (PN 30-2224)

  • Add vehicle motion tracking and lap timing with Vehicle Dynamics Module (PN 30-2206)

  • Remote Button Kit (PN 30-3610) required to switch pages and clear memory (sold separately)
