Toyota Genuine Slipper Chain Tensioner - GR Yaris (GXPA16) / GR Corolla (GZEA14H) - G16E-GTS
The slipper tensioner keeps the correct tension on the timing chain as it wears. A tired tensioner shows up as chain rattle on start up, and left alone it puts valve timing accuracy at risk.
This listing covers Toyota part number 13559-18010 for the GR Yaris (GXPA16) and GR Corolla (GZEA14H) fitted with the 1.6 litre G16E-GTS engine. Sold individually. The engine uses two, so order accordingly.
