Process West / Terratuff SEPR8R Air Oil Separator – Holden Colorado RG

The Terratuff SEPR8R Air Oil Separator is designed to protect your Holden Colorado RG from the harmful build-up of oil vapour inside the intake system. Modern common-rail diesel engines are highly efficient but extremely sensitive to inlet manifold contamination. From the factory, oil mist from the rocker cover is fed straight back into the intake, where it mixes with soot and forms heavy carbon deposits. Over time, this reduces power, increases fuel consumption, and can lead to expensive maintenance.

The SEPR8R solves this by using an advanced internal filtration system that separates and traps oil vapour before it reaches the intake. The result is a cleaner manifold, better long-term performance, and a more reliable diesel engine.

Design

At the heart of the SEPR8R is a billet aluminium catch can with a uniquely engineered stainless steel pleated filter. This system scrubs oil mist from the crankcase gases with minimal restriction, preventing intercooler contamination and maintaining efficient airflow. Unlike factory setups, the SEPR8R provides true oil separation — keeping your intake clean and your engine performing at its best.

Installation

Each SEPR8R kit is supplied as a complete, vehicle-specific bolt-on system. It includes a billet aluminium canister, laser-cut bracket, moulded temperature-resistant hoses, clamps, and all required mounting hardware. A detailed instruction booklet is included, making installation a straightforward DIY job.
