Scorpion Catless Turbo Downpipe - Audi S3 (8Y) / SQ2 / Volkswagen Golf R (Mk8/Mk8.5) - 80mm

For race use only. This is a catless part for off-road and competition vehicles. It has no catalytic converter and is not legal on a road-registered vehicle in Australia.

This Scorpion catless turbo downpipe replaces the factory downpipe and catalytic converter with 80mm (3.15") mandrel-bent T304 stainless pipework for better exhaust flow from the turbo and a stronger, louder exhaust note. It connects to the OE or Scorpion exhaust. Scorpion lists it for the Audi S3 (8Y) Sportback and Sedan, Golf R Mk8/Mk8.5, Audi SQ2 and CUPRA Formentor 2.0 TSI 4Drive (VZx) in GPF form.

Note: This is Scorpion's GPF-model version. It suits Australian-delivered Audi S3 (8Y), Golf R Mk8 Wagon, Golf R 20 Years, Golf R Mk8.5 and CUPRA Formentor VZx, which have a GPF. Australian-delivered Golf R Mk8 hatch (MY22-23) and Audi SQ2 have no GPF – for the Golf R choose the non-GPF version (Scorpion Catless Turbo Downpipe - Audi S3 (8Y) Sportback / Sedan / Volkswagen Golf R (Mk8/Mk8.5) - 80mm); for the SQ2 contact us first. Scorpion notes it does not fit an SQ2 running Scorpion's 76mm GPF-back system without link pipe 862AU and fit kit 403FK. Scorpion advises the engine management light may come on and recommends a Stage 2 ECU remap. Installation by a professional is recommended.
