Radium Engineering Fluid Lock Catch Can Kit - Chevrolet Corvette (C7) - Dual CCV

This Radium Engineering dual catch can kit fits the crankcase vent (CCV) side of the 2014-2019 Chevrolet Corvette C7 LT1 (SKU 20-0986-FL). Under high load the valve cover vents flow heavily out of the crankcase, and these cans stop that oil and sludge from building up in the air intake pipe. Each can uses Radium's patented Fluid Lock mechanism, which stops the reservoir overfilling and traps collected fluid until it is emptied, so contaminants cannot spill back into the intake if servicing is missed.

The kit keeps factory functionality and suits wet and dry sump engines. On wet sump cars each valve cover vents through its own can; on dry sump cars the LH cover vents through one can and the RH cover vents via the dry sump tank and then the second can. A polished billet plate bolts to three OEM grounding points near the front LH of the engine, and the anodised dual can bracket mounts to that plate.

Note: There is no fixed emptying interval. Check the level with the integrated dipstick after 3-4 weeks of driving and adjust from there - PCV cans usually collect more than CCV cans. Excessive collection can point to an engine issue such as blow-by, an overfilled sump or a PCV valve leaking under load. Installation by a professional is recommended.
