This Radium Engineering kit fits two Fluid Lock catch cans to the 2015-2019 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C7), one on the PCV side and one on the CCV side of the crankcase (SKU 20-1186-FL). The cans remove oil and water condensation from crankcase gases before they reach the intake, keeping the intake, intercooler system, throttle body and manifold free of oil build-up.

The anodised aluminium bracket sits near the front left-hand side of the engine, on a polished billet plate that bolts to three OEM grounding points, with spacers to clear the supercharger pulley. Because the factory PCV valve is built into the crankcase valley and cannot be reused, it is replaced with a billet bypass that feeds the PCV catch can, which then returns clean air to the intake through a Radium PCV valve. Radium's patented Fluid Lock design stops the reservoir overfilling and traps collected fluid until it is emptied.

Note: Check the catch can levels with the integrated dipsticks from around 3-4 weeks of driving to establish an emptying interval; PCV cans typically collect more than CCV cans. Excessive oil collection can point to an engine issue such as blow-by or an overfilled sump. Installation by a professional is recommended.
