Radium Engineering AN ORB and NPT Plugs and Caps - Universal

Radium Engineering plugs and caps seal off unused ports on fuel rails, surge tanks, regulators, catch cans and other components for a tidy, leak-free finish. The AN ORB and NPT plugs are CNC machined from billet aluminium with a low-profile round internal hex design, and the 6AN cap is billet aluminium in black anodise.

Choose your fitting from the dropdown – each option lists the port size and type.

Note: AN ORB plugs seal on the included FKM (Viton) O-ring, not the threads, so no PTFE paste or thread sealant is needed – lubricate the O-ring with engine oil, O-ring lube or petroleum jelly before fitting. NPT plugs seal on the tapered thread: apply PTFE paste or tape, tighten finger tight, then a further 1.5 to 3 turns. Installation by a professional is recommended.
