Radium Engineering AN and SAE Bulkhead Fittings - Universal

Radium Engineering bulkhead fittings give fuel, oil and coolant lines a clean, sealed pass-through. The ORB bulkheads thread into an AN ORB (O-ring boss) port, such as those on Radium fuel hangers and fuel surge tanks, with a barb, AN male or SAE male quick connect on each side; the jam nut versions pass through a drilled panel or firewall and are locked in place by the supplied jam nut. The ORB versions are machined from anodised aluminium and seal on an FKM (Viton) O-ring.

Note: ORB bulkheads need a correctly threaded and chamfered ORB port in the mating part; lubricate the O-ring before installation and do not use thread sealant on ORB threads. Jam nut bulkheads need a correctly sized hole and access to both sides of the panel. The surge tank bulkheads suit Radium FST units from 2014 on (6AN) and Radium High Volume FST units from 2015 on (10AN). Installation by a professional is recommended.
