Unlike other aftermarket top mount intercoolers that reuse the factory shroud, Process West identified a critical flaw: oversized cores receive limited airflow without a properly matched bonnet splitter. This kit solves the issue by including a custom under-bonnet splitter that ensures full ambient airflow across the entire surface of the larger core.

With dimensions of 175mm (H) x 490mm (W) x 90mm (T), this is the largest top mount intercooler available for the GC8. When paired with the included shroud, it offers unmatched cooling performance and reliability — ideal for street and motorsport use.
