The heart of this mount is its I-beam design—a structure known for its resistance to bending, stress, and vibration. Paired with dual press-fit 60A EPDM bushings, this mount offers superior rigidity over the factory unit while minimising NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness). Press-fitting eliminates any potential gap between components, preventing unwanted metal-on-metal contact and ensuring consistent performance under load.

Constructed from precision-machined billet 6061 aluminium, the assembly is built to last and finished with zinc-coated bushing shells and inserts for corrosion protection.

Why EPDM? Unlike urethane, EPDM is an OEM-grade material chosen for its high resistance to heat, weather, solvents, and tearing. It provides excellent vibration control without the common downsides of urethane, such as breakdown, deformation, or excessive harshness.
