Paragon Brakes - Track-Optimised Performance. Push your Volvo S60 or V60 Polestar to the limit with the Paragon 2-Piece Fully-Floating Front Brake Rotors. Engineered specifically for demanding track and race applications, these rotors offer superior braking consistency, enhanced cooling efficiency, and a reduction in unsprung mass compared to the factory setup.

The friction rings are cast from a specially formulated CM-250 high carbon alloy cast iron for optimal bite and high-temperature durability. Each rotor features 48 directional ventilation vanes that create suction and turbulence, guiding cool air through the rotor to increase cooling efficiency by up to 30%. The slotted face pattern maintains a clean pad contact surface, dissipating heat and gases while providing a distinct advantage in wet conditions. Furthermore, the rotors are heat-treated to release stress and CBN surface-machined to ensure a perfect break-in with new pads.

The fully-floating 2-piece design utilises an H-Bobbin mounting system, allowing for thermal expansion while keeping the rotor self-centred. The hats are CNC machined from lightweight 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminium. You can choose between two hat finishes:

• Black Hardcoat Anodised: A sleek, factory-style look (Note: may discolour under extreme track temperatures exceeding 260°C).
• Clear Hard Anodised: Highly recommended for dedicated track/race cars, as this finish will not discolour under extreme heat.

These rotors are a direct bolt-on replacement for the OEM 371mm system (Volvo Part # 31454286), designed to work flawlessly with the factory ABS and brake bias.
