To minimise vibration and judder, lateral run-out is tightly controlled to within 0.03 mm, with rotor balance variations kept under 2 grams. The fully floating 2-piece design allows the rotor ring to expand independently from the hat under extreme heat, reducing distortion while maintaining correct centring within the caliper.

The lightweight rotor hats are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminium and finished with a Type III hard anodised coating for increased wear and corrosion resistance. Material is strategically removed from the hat to reduce mass while preserving structural integrity, helping save approximately 1 lb (0.45 kg) of unsprung weight per rotor compared to OEM.
