Mugen Type Competition Rear Brake Pads - Honda Civic Type R (FK8)

These are the rear half of Mugen's Type Competition pad package for the FK8 Civic Type R. The same high-bite, fade-resistant compound as the fronts keeps brake balance consistent when the car is worked hard on a circuit. Pair them with the matching Mugen front pads for a complete track setup.

Note: The FK8 has an electric parking brake: the caliper must be put into maintenance mode with Honda's diagnostic tool (or the actuator removed and the piston wound back as the service manual describes) before the pads can be changed. Track-focused pad with more noise, dust and wear than standard, and no wear indicator, so check thickness regularly. Installation by a professional is recommended.
