AWE Track Edition Exhaust with Front Pipe – Honda Civic Type R (FK8)

The AWE Track Edition replaces the factory exhaust on the Honda Civic Type R (FK8) from the front pipe back and is AWE's loudest FK8 option. It shares the Touring Edition's 76mm (3") front pipe and mid-pipe resonator, but swaps the rear 180 Technology® resonator for straight-through rear sections, so there is noticeably more volume in the cabin. It is built from 76mm (3") CNC mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel with a 1.65mm (0.065") wall, and AWE measured gains of up to 3.7 kW (5 hp) and 12 Nm (9 ft-lb) at the wheels on its dyno.

Install tips – avoiding rattles with an AWE exhaust on the FK8 Civic Type R

Choose chrome silver, diamond black or Vapor Blue for the triple 114mm (4.5") double-walled slash-cut tips, each stamped with the AWE logo and joined by a stamped stainless trident merge. The finish is the only difference between the part numbers. Vapor Blue is a more delicate finish, so wash it with mild soap only and avoid harsh cleaners or tip polish.

Note: The Track Edition is loud and suits drivers who want full K20 volume; the Touring Edition is the quieter, drone-free option. The front pipe keeps a factory-style flange and double-layer gasket rather than a flat gasket, for a durable, leak-free joint. Installation by a professional is recommended.
