ARP Main Stud Kit - Mazda 2.3 MZR - Mazda3 MPS (BK / BL) / Mazda6 MPS (GG) / CX-7 (ER)
This ARP main stud kit suits the MZR 2.3 (L3) engine in the Mazda3 MPS / Mazda6 MPS / CX-7. It replaces the factory main cap bolts with studs and nuts, keeping the main caps clamped and located when rpm, boost and cylinder pressure go up.
Studs load the block threads more evenly than bolts and make it easier to line up the caps during assembly.
Material: 8740 chrome moly rated at 200,000 psi tensile strength.
