ARP Main Stud Kit - Ford 2.3 EcoBoost - Focus RS (LZ) / Mustang (S550)
This ARP main stud kit suits the 2.3 EcoBoost engine in the Ford Focus RS LZ / Mustang EcoBoost. It replaces the factory main cap bolts with studs and nuts, keeping the main caps clamped and located when rpm, boost and cylinder pressure go up.
Studs load the block threads more evenly than bolts and make it easier to line up the caps during assembly.
