APR High Pressure Fuel Pump - Audi RS4 (B7) - Rebuild Service

Rather than replacing a worn pump outright, APR remanufactures the internals to exacting tolerances in a controlled environment, restoring reliable high pressure fuel delivery.
This listing covers the Audi RS4 (B7). The plunger and barrel are remachined from certified, heat treated bearing grade stainless steel, with the plunger receiving a diamond like coating for improved surface hardness and wear resistance. A correctly specified spring is supplied to prevent float, and all internal seals, including the spring seal, are replaced. The factory pivoting head tip is retained to reduce cam follower wear and piston side loading.
