APR Carbon Fibre Rear Diffuser - Honda Civic Type R (FL5)

APR Performance's carbon fibre rear diffuser for the Honda Civic Type R FL5 is a finned carbon diffuser that helps the car make downforce at speed and calms the airflow leaving the underbody.

As a car moves forward it leaves a pocket of low-pressure air behind it. The diffuser takes the fast-moving air from under the car and lets it expand smoothly into that pocket, so the flow under the car stays cleaner. That helps the rest of the aero package work better, especially a rear wing.

It is formed in an autoclave from pre-preg carbon fibre for high strength at low weight, and finished with a UV-resistant coating.

Note: Clears the factory triple exhaust. The car in the photos has an aftermarket dual-tip exhaust and APR rear bumper skirts (both sold separately). Installation by a professional is recommended.
