Radium Engineering fuel rails are machined from billet aluminium with larger internal volume than factory rails, to keep fuel pressure steady across all injectors at high flow. The range includes direct-replacement rails, top-feed conversions that let you run modern top-feed injectors, and port injection kits that add a second set of injectors to direct-injection engines.

Choosing the Right Part
Order by engine code, not just model. A Subaru EJ20 and EJ25 or a 1JZ VVTi and non-VVTi can need different rails.
Check the injector type and top O-ring size (for example 11mm or 14mm) your rail takes, and match your injectors to it.
Port injection kits need injectors, a fuel supply and an ECU that can run them, so plan the tune before you buy.
Installation & What You'll Need
Rails bolt on in place of the factory rail, but most builds also need AN fittings, hose and a return line to a fuel pressure regulator. Pressure-test the system with a gauge before starting the engine. Installation by a professional is recommended, and the car will need a tune for new injectors.

What is a top-feed conversion?
Some older engines, like the Subaru EJ20, use side-feed injectors. A top-feed conversion rail lets you run modern top-feed injectors, which come in more sizes and are easier to source.
Do I need a return-style fuel system?
Most Radium rails are built for return-style systems with a separate fuel pressure regulator. Check the listing for your engine.
Are Radium fuel rails E85 safe?
Yes. Radium rails use materials suited to petrol, E85, ethanol and methanol.
