This CNC-machined billet aluminium fuel rail kit is engineered specifically for the Toyota 3S-GTE, offering a direct bolt-on upgrade with no cutting or fabrication required. Compatible with E85, pump petrol, and flex fuel setups, it's built to handle serious power without compromise.
This listing covers the Radium fuel rail kit for the Toyota 3S-GTE in 1st Generation, 2nd Generation, and 3rd Generation form — spanning applications including the ST165, ST185, and ST205 Celica GT-Four platforms.
Important: Generation-specific fitment requirements apply. The 1st Generation 3S-GTE uses OEM-style top-feed injectors — no modifications to the head are required. The 2nd and 3rd Generation engines use side-feed injectors which are not compatible with this rail. For Gen 2/3, the included Radium injector seats must be installed into the cylinder head injector ports. Aftermarket injectors must be 48mm tall with 11mm upper O-rings and 14mm lower O-rings. Verified compatible injectors include the Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS, ID1300-XDS, ID1700-XDS, and ID2600-XDS. Ensure adequate clearance around the fuel rail ports before fitting accessories such as fuel pressure regulators or pulse dampers — refer to Radium Engineering dimensional drawings.
