Radium Engineering Fuel Hanger Surge Tank Ti Automotive E5LM$1,380.99

Radium Engineering Fuel Hanger Surge Tank - Mazda RX-7 (FD3S)

This Radium Engineering fuel hanger surge tank is a drop-in replacement for the factory pump module in the stock Mazda RX-7 FD3S fuel tank. It carries an integrated 1.85 L surge tank that runs up to three aftermarket high-pressure pumps plus one lift pump, and Radium states it completely eliminates fuel starvation. No grinding, bending or modification of the boot floor sheet metal is required. Return fuel from the regulator goes back into the surge tank to keep it full, through a 24-hole deflector that reduces air bubbles and foaming, all inside the OEM tank.

Three versions are available to suit different pumps. 20-0950 suits the Walbro GSS342 255 LPH, AEM 50-1200, AEM 50-1230 and AEM 50-1235. 20-0951 suits the Ti Automotive E5LM. 20-0952 suits the Walbro F90000267 / 274 / 285 / 295, Protec 11928, Fuelab 49614 and DeatschWerks DW810. Each kit ships pre-assembled with enough components to run all four pumps. It is compatible with petrol and ethanol blends, and the in-tank wiring is ETFE-insulated with sealed stainless electrical studs.

Note: Fuel pumps are not included and must be ordered separately. A lift pump is required on all installations. Each kit includes wiring and pump connections for the same pump in the lift and surge tank positions; mixing different pump form factors requires additional fittings, hoses and wiring (sold separately). Kits come pre-assembled and final assembly is performed by the installer. The AEM 50-1230 / 50-1235 do not have a check valve and need one 20-1533 per pump. The Walbro F90000295 and DW810 do not have a check valve and need one 20-1534 per pump. The Protec 11928, Fuelab 49614 and DW810 do not fit the included pump strainer and need 13-1187. Installation by a professional is recommended.
