Radium FPD-R/FPD-XR Inline Fuel Pulse Damper Kit - Universal

Injector cycling creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail that show up as idle surge, unstable fuel pressure and lean AFR spikes under load. Radium Engineering's inline fuel pulse damper uses an internal diaphragm to absorb these oscillations, keeping fuel pressure stable across the RPM range. It's particularly useful with high flow injectors and boosted setups running a 1:1 rising rate FPR, and it's compatible with petrol, E85 and methanol. SKU 20-0199-01.

This listing covers the full FPD-R and FPD-XR range as a universal fitment kit, suitable for any fuel system that meets the relevant base pressure requirement. Both models are available in 5/16" hose barb, 6AN, 8AN and 10AN connection options — select the model and fitting size you need from the variant selector on this listing page.

Note: The FPD-R suits base static fuel pressures of 40-70 PSI and needs a vacuum/boost reference line if dynamic pressure exceeds 70 PSI. The FPD-XR extends this to 40-105 PSI and only needs the reference line above 105 PSI. Choose based on your regulator's base pressure setting, not boost level alone.
