MST Performance 4" Cold Air Intake - BMW M340i (G20 / G21) / M240i (G42)

The MST Performance 4" cold air intake replaces the factory airbox on the B58 3.0L turbo in the 2019-on BMW M340i (G20 sedan and G21 Touring) and M240i (G42). A 4" intake pipe and 4" dry cone filter deliver cooler air to the turbocharger, for sharper throttle response and an aggressive turbo sound. MST rates it at +20 hp and +20 Nm, and says typical peak gains are roughly 15-20 hp and torque.

The inlet pipe and heat shield are black powder-coated, and the dry cone filter is easy to maintain: MST recommends cleaning the dry filter every 20,000 km and replacing it at 60,000 km.

Note: Not compatible with 2025-on M340i models with the updated B58 Gen3 engine, because BMW redesigned the turbo intake piping (the M240i G42 is not affected). If you are unsure which engine your car has, send us a photo of your engine bay before ordering. Installation by a professional is recommended.
